Warranty

Furniture comes with a standard 1 year manufacturer warranty. Any missing pieces should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the products. 

Each mattress has its own warranty period listed in their descriptions. the warranty starts the date when the product is received. for any mattress warranty claims the terms are listed below 

1. The mattress should be used in the Proper mattress protector at all the times so in case of warranty claims there should be no stains. Any stain, cut, or any damage on the mattress will void the warranty.
2. The mattress should be used on a proper platform or if using on the slats the gaps between the slats should not increase 2.5 inches.
3. The Mattress should sink more than 1.5" to be eligible for any claims.
4. Pickup delivery Charge may apply.
